Balance and Gait Disorders

Gait and balance disorders can make walking, standing, turning, or moving through daily life feel unsteady or unsafe. These challenges may be related to weakness, injury, surgery, vestibular issues, neurological conditions, changes in mobility, or a loss of confidence after a fall. We take a personalized, one-on-one approach to identify what is affecting your movement and balance, then work with you to improve strength, stability, coordination, and confidence with everyday activities.

CONDITIONS WE TREAT

  • Balance Deficits
  • Unsteady Walking
  • Frequent Falls
  • Weakness Affecting Walking/Standing
  • Vestibular Related Balance Problems
  • Neurological Conditions Affecting Balance

  • Fear of Falling
  • Difficulty with Stairs, Curbs, or Uneven Surfaces

DON'T SEE YOUR CONDITION LISTED?

This list includes many of the common conditions and surgeries we treat, but it is not exhaustive. If you're dealing with pain, limited mobility, or recovering from surgery not listed here, contact us to speak with one of our physical therapists.
